Jeremy Kastl
Corporate Chef/Trainer

Jeremy has worked alongside Executive Chef Fred Haines since the doors opened at the 33rd Street Bistro. Most of those eleven+ years have been spent as Fred’s apprentice and therefore Jeremy is fluent in the workings and demands of Executive Chef Freds’ kitchens. He opened 33rd Street Bistro as a cook, Riverside Clubhouse as Chef, and Bistro 33 Davis as Executive Sous Chef. Jeremy is responsible for maintaining back-of-house food costs, reviewing staffing levels and maintaining/developing realtionships with food vendors. He is also responsible for the training of all chefs and supervisory kitchen staff.

Alex Haug
Regional Manager

Having spent several years managing food and beverage in an exclusive country club and a resort casino, Alex brings his skills and passion as a Regional Manager to the SRO family of restaurants. Utilizing a background of education based in the sciences, Alex has thrust himself into familiar teritorry directing an extensive wine and beverage program for SRO. The desire to create a service environment for the guest that is second to none is what drives Alex and SRO, and we are looking forward to an ever expanding relationship of continued success.

Angela Hughes
Public Relations Manager

As an accomplished Communications Professional, Angela comes to SRO, Inc. with a documented record of leveraging skills in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, and event planning. Angela's dedication and passionate approach affords her the opportunity to create the highest level of exposure and brand awareness in achieving organizational objectives whether she's working on a publicity campaign, a grand opening party or a charitable endeavor. In her role as Public Relations Manager, Angela is responsible for corporate communications, the corporate image, media relations, events and charitable giving for SRO, Inc.
